I totally recommend dealing with Jack Sheppard at SDX Motors. I purchased a Sprinter van which did develop a small electrical problem that because of the distance involved from my home could not be resolved locally in Ipswich. Jack Sheppard Comprehensively gripped the problem and not once showed any reluctance to provide the service promised. Its is all very well when things go perfectly but the true ethos of a business is revealed when problems arise and Jack Sheppard has been impeccable. Thank you!! Seeing as vans are a rediculous amount of money no matter the age or condition I was very impressed at the reasonable price his vans where being priced at!
Pleasent bloke to do business with and after a short conversation i mentioned had the van had a new belt fitted, genuinley thinking it did, butJack without hesitating stated it did not but he would be happy to stick a new one on regardless as its also peace of mind for him as well.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Could not have been more impressed with Jacks all round approach and general helpfulness. At all times through the purchase he was informative and always had the time of day for me. A couple of minor problems with the van that could have only been known once owned and driven for a couple of weeks but once I told Jack he quickly sorted them with no hassle at all and always made the works required work around me. We purchased a Ford transit custom back in September. The van itself was a good price and when arrived was exactly as described. Jack was so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. We live in Cornwall with two small children so couldn’t view the van in person. Jack sent me detailed photos and videos on request so I felt comfortable with the purchase. He organised delivery of the van at a very reasonable price and when the company couldnt deliver when we needed it Jack actually drove it down himself!
